Pinch me, Jordan- for I have recently found a dessert that claims to offer not only great taste and active cultures, but also fiber, protein, and 24 vitamins and minerals! Appropriately called Thrive, the portion-controlled treats are so healthy, in fact, they have their own medical advisory board!  Thrive is certified Kosher and has been approved for gluten- and lactose-sensitive and other diets, In fact, it is already being used at medical, senior, and rehabilitation centers and athletic training compounds across the country! There are even no sugar added varieties that invite even those who need to limit their intake to partake in the healthy flavors and refreshing fun.

So while many frozen desserts (many of which do not even include real milk, let alone cream) may claim to be healthy, not many can be found in market freezers, hospital cafeteria, and professional sports locker rooms.

We all scream for ice cream, but who knew it could be so good for you?
